Random Mini Review & Christmas Update

Hello Lovlies!!
Let me start by saying I hope you all had a merry Christmas!! I sure did!!!! My wonderful husband "surprised" me with a new laptop :) hehehe (i already knew) Anyways he got me a Hp Pavilion Beats Special Edition.
Sorry the picture is not best quality
I love it! But one thing I do have to say is since it runs on windows I am not use to it, i'm definitely team apple! Oh yeah and i'm not a fan of the web cam.. :/

Love that it has my name :)
I also got a Erin Condren life planner from my brother and sister in law. I am not gonna go into to much detail about the planner because I have a link to my sister in laws blog review about this bad boy. I will just say I love it, its like my little handy dandy notebook..
Here is the link to her review!

Okay so let me hop right into this mini mini mini review! So after Christmas was said and done I got all my Sephora gifts cards together and did a little shopping!! (Oh girlll I went cray cray in there) I got a lot of products I love but I have to save that for my next blog (sorry spoiler alert)

One product I could not wait to show you is my smashbox 24 hour photo finish shadow primer. (I normally use my Mac paint pot in the shade painterly.) I am really happy using my paint pot but I did have one problem, my eyes are very oily and when I say oily I mean OILY! So i thought why not try out something different. When i bought this product I went straight home to try it out and I,,,,, LOVE ITTTT!!! It is such a great primer it did not crease up I did not get oily and it did not fade or smudge. Also it was only about $18 vs. the mac paint pot which is $21.. I know not a big difference but oh well...It is smaller than the paint pot however, but a little goes a long way. I totally give this a thumbs up!

My next products are the wet and wild color icon singles. The only reasons I picked these up was because last night my sister and I went to the grocery store for some goodies and we saw CLEARANCE! They were .49 cents each!! yup .49 cent so I thought hey why not? I picked up 4 singles 3 of the 4 were glitters and 1 was not. The glitters looked so amazing and beautiful, until I "tried" to apply them... These things were so blotchy, and sticky! It was literally like taking cheap glitter with no glue and applying it to your eyes. When I first saw them I thought they would be some what like a pigment, boy was I wrong. Oh yeah and the fall out was redic!

Vices
Groupie

Bleached

Brulee
And the last one is not a glitter its like a matte cream color shadow. Now this one is totally different than the glitter, this one is really pigmented and I was very happy with the color pay off. I used it to highlight my brow bone and it did pretty good. It lasted me all day while using my smashbox primer. I probably will be using this one for a while, and defiantly repurchase if I ever find them again lol.

So that's it for today loves, I hope you enjoyed!!

IKEA Micke vs. Malm

Hello lovelys!!! Welcome back!!
So I know I am very new to this but I already can not get enough!! I feel like I can just post all day long, however I do limit myself! Sadly for the time being I am posting off my phone :/ (After Christmas things will change!! Yayyyy...) so anyways lets get down to bussiness! A couple of weeks ago my wonderful brother and sister in law(fellow blogger, will leave link below) invited me and the hubby to tag along with them to IKEA. Our local ikea is about 1-2 hours away, which is in Round Rock, Texas. It was my first time going and I fell in LOVEEEE, like no lie I'm in love! Lol. I had been wanting a vanity or just a desk to contain my makeup. I had seen a lot of YouTube videos about different desk and vanitys, so when we went I did a lot of comparing and figuring out what I wanted. So maybe 2 weeks after that my hubby decided he would get me one!!! (loves him) I did so much research and asked everyone for their input! I no I needed one with a lot of space so I narrowed it down to 2 choices... The micke desk or the malm dressing table. So I really love both and it was hard to decide. The micke was slightly bigger, had 2 pull out drawers, and was very inexpensive. The malm however was actually a dressing table and not a desk like the micke, also the malm is a little more prettier and has a glass to cover the top... So I finally decided to get the micke! I am so happy with my choice and I love it!! It was kinda hard to put together however... But I did it... :) Now that I have it up I'm filling this bad boy up!!! I also got some acrylic drawers and lipstick holders from the container store. I promise when I get my computer up I will post pictures and go into more detail, I just wanted to share this with you guys! If anyone has any ideas for me or any comments or question please let me know.

Side note:
My sister in law Inez is really into beauty and fashion & she is just an amazing person! She has been a blogger for some time and recently introduced me into this! So go check her out! She is truly awesome! beautylifebyinez.blogspot.com

Alrighty guys so that's it for tonight. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Get to know me!

Hi guys!!

Welcome to my blog! Let me just begin by saying I am new to this so bare with me! Okay so now let's begin.. So my name is Sarah Ann Borrego, I'm from San Antonio, Texas.. Born & raised. I am married to my bestest friend Zachery, we got married in May of 2014, and I am 19 years old. Yes! That's right 19 and married!! I know I know Im so young! But I am very happy and wouldn't have it any other way. My husband is my soulmate and he seriously completes me.  With that being said, let me talk about why I decided to start blogging. I thought blogging would be a good starting point for me because I soon want to start vlogging, so why not take baby steps. My blog will consist of a wide range of things. Mainly about MAKEUP, shopping, and life! One thing I can say is I ramble A LOT! And I am very random. I have always had a real passion for makeup and beauty since as long as I can remember. I think I started wearing makeup in 6th grade... I know that's crazy! But it has always made me happy and been a really big interest of mine I just recently started buying more high end bands.. And I love it!! I can't remember my first high end product but I know I'm hooked... Don't get me wrong I still will buy and try out drug store products like its no ones business. Things you can expect from my blog are things like reviews, first impressions, hacks, and I'm sure some tutorials... Oh yeah and like I said a lot of randomness! One thing I will say is I am not or no where near to being a professional! This is just a hobby/obsession that I really enjoy doing, so I apologize now if my work is not excellent quality, or my makeup collection is dull.. Like I said I'm just starting to get a lot of things. Also I do not know how many time I will post a week, but I'm sure it will be a least 3-4 days a week. So with all that I hope you guys enjoy and do not be shy to leave comments and give your all types of feed back.
